When we arrived, we were advised that we would not be able to pay for our room with cash. This was by my surprise. The manager quickly took over and assisted me with ideas on how to move the cash to a card so that we may check in. The breakfast was excellent!

Great breakfast and Happy Hour. Nice location; centrally located. Could walk to most places. Great view of the peaks.

The breakfast is great and very tasty! More then enough for my big family. The staff is very kind and helpful with anything we needed. Location is great, very close to all shops and has a lot of close food locations for dinner. Room size was good and very comfortable.

Of course the friendly service from the front desk, bartenders, cooking staff, housekeeping, all were amazing. The evening drinks and snacks really is a great idea and our kids love it as much as the adults.

I liked the separate living area from the bedroom area. I also liked the sink area outside of the bathroom area so that 2 people could be getting ready at the same time. Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was good too.

It was not far from Northern Arizona University, walmart, or a couple good fast foods because a majority was a good walking distance.

Stayed here for 2 nights while traveling around on a 3 week Holiday. 2 adults 3 kids 17, 13 and 11. Great location 5 mins drive from where you want to be (Down town, shops, restaurants and supermarkets). Nice pool area, very friendly and helpful staff. Parking very close to the building. Great breakfast where you can make your own Waffles, fun for younger kids. To add to the breakfast experience there is an area where you can order freshly made omelettes. Didn't use the bar and didn't have dinner there. Would definitely recommend this hotel again.

This location has a COMPLEMENTARY happy hour with two drinks per adult and little snacks. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The beautiful red haired front desk lady was extremely helpful and made our stay a lot nicer.
